Today’s photo was taken as I waited for taxi to take me to the airport- standing in about the same spot as yesterday’s photo but turning 180º.  At first glance I wanted to move to get to the Rita Angus hills but then noticed this architectural whatever and really liked the look of the two juxtaposed against one another- the irregularity of the natural features and the rigid form of the man made structure.

I actually took a half dozen photos at different focal lengths but liked this one best as it still retained the context of the surrounding buildings without letting them overwhelm the image and not zooming in too much and loosing the idea of what I am actually seeing.

Can you tell I’ve just been at a conference where they spoke extensively about meta-cognition, talk-alouds and explicitly explaining your thinking.
