Today I had the privilege of visiting Mahana School near Mapua. Just across the road is http://www.woollaston.co.nz/, a wine maker with a difference. The place blends with the landscape with a earth/tussock ceiling. Outside this huge thing sits.

“The Yantra standing seven and a half metres tall and constructed from over 40 tonnes of cor-ten steel, the massive sculpture incorporates Buddhist and Christian symbolism and is aligned with Mt Arthur (Wharepapa, the sacred mountain of local iwi).”
